On June 18, 2025, I led a free knowledge-sharing session at the Batticaloa Central Zonal Education Office, focusing on the adoption of Microsoft Copilot technologies in the workplace.

I introduced participants to Microsoft Copilot management tools and demonstrated practical methods for optimizing daily workflows. During the AI segment, we explored the capabilities of Microsoft Copilot, highlighting its productivity-enhancing features and how it distinguishes itself from tools like ChatGPT.
